OPEN PORES

Pores are the openings of the sebaceous or oil glands present underneath the skin.

Pores generally increase in size due to over activity caused by sun exposure, ageing and hormonal changes in the body. Open pores gives a dull look to the skin as the light reflects unevenly.

Open pores can be improved by microdermabrsion, bipolar radio frequency laser- Scarlet done twice in a gap of 2 months. Resurfacing the skin using erbium pixel laser also helps in reducing the pores.

The treatment should be followed regular use of sunblock.
